Shoe Outreach Registration

Pre-Registration Required

The Marvelous Light International Bless the Children Shoe Outreach is designed to provide a new pair of shoes to eligible students in grades K-12. Completion of this form does not guarantee participation. Space and available resources may be limited.

• Program is open to children enrolled in kindergarten through 12th Grade only.
• Pre-registration is required.
• One registration form must be completed for each child.
• Participants will be notified regarding shoe distribution details once registration is received and processed.
